After working with three earlier real estate agents to find a condo near downtown Chicago, we finally found Chuck - and we are very glad we did. Chuck had the experience we sought to help us in our search, especially since we lived more than 13 highway hours away and had only limited, short visits during which we could meet with him to see properties. His guidance in buildings to visit, insight on buildings we found online, and his foreclosure experience was golden, and we finally zeroed-in on a fairly new foreclosure in a great location and building. Two days after we made our offer, the seller sent the property to auction without even responding to our offer, but Chuck worked with us to hit very close to an acceptable price that the seller only countered once. We now own a great condo just where we wanted. Chuck recommended a 5-star real estate attorney with whom we had a great experience, as well. Chuck was extremely accommodating and definitely went above and beyond what I would expect of other agents. When it is time to sell, Chuck will be our agent again.
